Brand Redesign

​Over the years we have served several clients with their re-branding strategy. Often clients approach Q2 Consulting Solutions with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the company grow and evolve. Today, several of our clients are doing exceptionally well, and we’re proud to have been part of the process and their success.

Business Intelligence Analysis

Q2 supported USTRANSCOM in providing a business intelligence assessment to transform business operations to drive efficiencies, eliminate barriers, and improve business outcomes through data-driven decisions. We reviewed existing processes, communicated with stakeholders, and developed a strategic model for advancing USTC-AQ’s business/market intelligence and automation capabilities, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). 

Technology Transformation Support

Since its launch, BATS has become the nation’s repository for arson and explosives incident information. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) adopted the software and has used IPN to implement several GIS technologies across multiple systems. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) followed suit, contracting with IPN in collaboration with Q2CS to provide their GIS knowledge of security and software architecture. Today, more than 10,000 law enforcement agents and 2,000 inter-agency partners use BATS.

Cloud Support

Q2 provides cloud agnostic solutions and assessment across a spectrum of agencies. For the Treasury we are assisting with the cloud migration efforts of the system, application and data layers from On-Prem to the AWS GovCloud. In addition, we are leading steering groups on establishing an Environment-as-a-Service for the purpose of setting up boundaries for all projects to perform in a DevSecOp model.
